Yes. Plans renew automatically each week so you never have to reorder manually. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before the weekly cutoff.

After subscribing, you’ll receive a weekly meal selection form by email before deliveries.

Deliveries are made weekly on designated delivery days. Monday and Thursdays.

All meals are prepared fresh — never frozen.

Most meals stay fresh for 3–5 days when refrigerated.
